TODAY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SIRIO HAS:

• APPOINTED AN INTERIM HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
• APPOINTED ENRICO FELICIANI AS NEW GENERAL MANAGER
• APPROVED 2021 FINANCIAL EVENTS CALENDAR

THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN ITS STAFF STRUCTURE IN ORDER TO MEET FUTURE

GROWTH CHALLENGES

Ravenna, 21 December 2020 - Sirio S.p.A. (AIM:SIO), leading operator in the Italian "hospital" commercial catering market, which met today, has:

1. Appointed, following the decision to internalise the Internal Audit activities, Stefano Peppolini of Essepi Consulenza sas, manager of "RIA Grant Thornton S.p.A." to replace Francesca Marino of "Athena Professionisti e Consulenti Associati", as interim Manager, while waiting to recruit an internal resource to fill the position. The appointment was made at the proposal of the Chief Executive Officer and subject to the favourable opinion of the Internal Control and Risk Committee, having consulted the Board of Statutory Auditors, after verifying the requirements of professionalism and independence
2. Appointed, upon proposal of the Chief Executive Officer, Enrico Feliciani as General Manager of the Company. Feliciani, formerly Commercial Director of Sirio S.p.A., is a professional coming from the Food Service and Hospitality world, where he has thirty years of experience. In his professional career he has held positions of Operations Director, Purchasing Director, Commercial Director and General Manager in leading companies such as Mirabilandia, Concerta, Elior, Dussmann, Eden Hotels and Resort, as well as having held the position of Project Manager and Consultant in medium-large companies such as Costa Edutainment, Autogrill, Froneri etc..
3. Approved, pursuant to Article 17 of the AIM Italia Rules, the following dates for the main events of the 2021 financial calendar:

31 March 2021	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the Draft Financial
	Statements as of 31 December 2020
30 April 2021	Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements
	as at 31 December 2020
15 September 2021	Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the Interim
	Management Report at 30 June 2021

Finally, it should be noted that, in compliance with the new provisions of Borsa Italiana relating to the amendments to the AIM Italia Issuers' Regulations which provide for the identification and appointment within its structure of an Investor Relations Manager, the Company confirms that this role is currently held by Stefania Atzori (Chief Executive Officer of the Company), having already been granted the inherent powers from January 2020.
