On October 26, 2022, Sisecam Resources LP (the "Partnership") announced via a
press release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30,

is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 28, 2022, Sisecam Resources LP (the "Partnership") issued a press
release announcing the declaration of its third quarter 2022 distribution. A
copy of the Partnership's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and
