SIT S.P.A. Update on the execution of the buy-backprogramme
Padua, November 13th, 2018 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the Italian Stock Exchange's AIM Italia market, with reference to the buy-backprogramme approved by the shareholders on April 26th 2018, and launched on November 5th, 2018, informs that in the period between November 5th, 2018 and November 9th, 2018 acquired no. 600 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 8,9533 per share, for a total amount of EUR 5.372,00.
