Formigine, 16 March 2016 - SITI-B&T Group Spa, a manufacturer of complete plants for the world ceramic industry, has announced that it has submitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the pre-admission notice concerning its proposed admission to trade its ordinary shares, convertible bonds and warrants on AIM Italia/Mercato Alternativo del Capitale organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
The company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering primarily to finance the Group's further internal and external growth.
The Global Offering comprises a placement with accredited Italian and non- Italian investors and an offering to the general public in Italy pursuant to art.
100 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and art. 34-ter, paragraph 1, letter c) of CONSOB regulation 11971/1999.
The placement will end on 24 March 2016 and subscriptions to the public offering may be collected through the branches of the banks Banca Popolare di Vicenza, BPER and Banca Interprovinciale as well as the online platforms of Binck and Directa.
