Siyaram Silk Mills Limited proposed to declare final dividend of INR 3.20 per share (160%) on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 in the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 23, 2022. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 5th July, 2022 to 7th July, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and payment of Dividend. Dividend, if declared at the AGM will be paid on or after 27th July, 2022, in respect of shares held in physical form to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on close of business hours on 4th July, 2022 and in respect of shares held in electronic form to those `Deemed Members' whose names appear in the statement of beneficial ownership furnished by the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) as on that date.
