SK Hi-Tech Battery Materials Poland Spolka Z Ograniczona Odpowiedzialnoscia announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of KRW 299,775,000,000 on October 14, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor SK IE Technology Co., Ltd. The investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The company will issue shares through shareholder allocation increase method. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
SK IE Technology Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and distribution of battery materials. The company is mainly involved in the business of wet separators and ceramic coated separators (CCS) mounted in batteries. In addition, the Company also engages in the flexible cover window (FCW) business, which is a material for display. The Company mainly distributes its products within domestic market.
