Daou Tech, Inc. (KOSE:A023590) agreed to acquire SK Networks Service Co. Ltd from SK Networks Company Ltd. (KOSE:A001740) for KRW 4.7 billion on October 28, 2015. In December 2014, SK Networks Service Co. Ltd's total sales were KRW 20.84 billion. Sales of SK Networks were KRW 20.83 billion as of the end of June 2015. The Board of Directors of SK Networks Company Ltd resolved the transaction on October 28, 2015. The shareholder meeting was held on October 29, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on November 30, 2015.
