Mycoworks, Inc. announced that it has received $126.24953 million in funding from SK Networks Company Limited, Prime Movers Lab, Mirabaud Asset Management SA, Novo Holdings A/S, Data Collective and other investors

On January 13, 2022, Mycoworks, Inc. closed the transaction. The series C round of funding led by new investor Prime Movers Lab. The transaction included participation from new investors SK Networks Company Limited for $20,000,000, and Mirabaud Private Capital Sca Sicav-Sif - Mirabaud Lifestyle Impact & Innovation, a fund managed by Mirabaud Asset Management SA, and other new and existing investors including Novo Holdings A/S and DCVC Bio, L.P., a fund managed by Data Collective.

The company received $124,999,960 by issuing securities pursuant to exemption provided under regulation D from 17 investors in the transaction.
