AJ Networks Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A095570) agreed to acquire remaining 49.9% stake in AJ Capital Partners Inc. from AJ Rent A Car Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A068400) for KRW 25.8 billion on October 15, 2018. Under the transaction, AJ Networks Co., Ltd. acquires 4 million shares. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of AJ Networks Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 19, 2018.
