Communique from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Skanska Financial Services AB

In accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal, the Extraordinary General Meeting in Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) on December 14, 2021 resolved to pay a dividend to the sole shareholder Skanska AB (publ) of SEK 400 million, equivalent to SEK 800 per share.

The payment date for the dividend was set to Wednesday December 15, 2021.

This is information that Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) is obliged to make public pursuant to Nasdaq Stockholm's Rule Book for Issuers of Fixed Income Instruments. The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the Senior Vice President Investor Relations set out below, at 3:00 pm CET on December 14, 2021.
