On April 11, 2024, Skechers U.S.A., Inc announced that it has received a shareholder proposal from As You Sow, on behalf of the Laird Norton Family Foundation request the Company publicly disclose a timeline for measuring and disclosing its value chain emissions. In addition, the Company urged the shareholders to vote against the shareholder proposal at its annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 23, 2024.
