Skipper Limited announced resignation of Sri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the end of working hours of 31 December, 2020. The company appointed Sri Arvind Joshi as the Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with effect from 1 November, 2020. Sri Arvind Joshi will be taking charge as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from 1 January, 2021. Sri Arvind Joshi is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, company Secretary and a LLB having around 28 years of experience in the areas of corporate strategy, corporate finance & accounting, resource mobilization, strategic procurement, IT/ERP implementation, taxation, legal & corporate affairs. Until recently, he was the Whole Time Director (Finance, Procurement & Maintenance) of Sandhar Technologies Limited.
