Notice Regarding the Obtainment of Consent to Wave the Right to Request for
Forfeiture of Benefit of Time for the Conflict of the Financial Covenants
Skylark Co., Ltd (the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has obtained the written consent from all financial institutions to waive the right to request for forfeiture of benefit of time for the below violation as of August 28, 2020.
The Company has violated the provisions relating to the net leverage ratio in the financial covenants for borrowings during the period of which the evaluation reference date is the last day of the six-month period ended June 30, 2020 as disclosed in the Consolidated Financial Report for the Six-month Period Ended June 30, 2020 (IFRS).
