Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd (the "Company") hereby notifies the revision of the consolidated financial forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, which was announced on February 12, 2021. Details are described below.

Reason for revision
Considering that the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 infection has been longer than initially forecasted, the Company has revised the same store sales forecast compared to 2019 to -23% from -16%, and revised the previously announced consolidated sales forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2021 downward. Operating income, income before tax and net income have not changed from the previous announcement due to continuous cost reductions through self-help efforts and the recording of government subsidy for reduced business hours.
