TROY, Mich. (AP) _ Skyline Corp. (SKY) on Wednesday reported fiscal first-quarter earnings of $11.9 million.

The Troy, Michigan-based company said it had net income of 21 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 22 cents per share.

The manufactured and modular housing maker posted revenue of $273.3 million in the period.

Skyline shares have declined 17% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $26.41, a decline of slightly more than 3% in the last 12 months.
