The Company operates through three segments: Information technology (IT) infrastructure technology solutions, Enterprise software solutions and Others. The IT infrastructure technology solutions segment is engaged in the provision of hardware, system software, network resources and related accessories required in the operation and management of an enterprise’s IT environment. The Enterprise software solutions segment provides the business process management software. The Others segment is engaged in providing management and operation services. The Company’s subsidiaries include SL Information System Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in dealing in computer hardware, software development and sales of computer software and SL Information Solution Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in development and marketing of computer hardware and software and its related maintenance services.
