Sloman Neptun Schiffahrts AG is a Germany-based holding company. The Company is engaged in diversified fleet of gas tankers, oil/chemical tankers and dry cargo vessels. It manages tasks such as technical, human resources, QHSE and commercial management being performed by in-house departments. The Company operates through four segments: Gas tank trip, Chemical and product tank transport, Dry ride and Other/Consolidation. The Gas tank trip segment includes the operation of pressurized, semi-refrigerated LPG, as well as Ethylene Gas Tankers. The Chemical and product tank transport focuses on ships in Shipping Pools, the tankers of this segment are mostly employed with Tanker Pool Companies. Other tankers of the fleet are directly chartered out to its direct customers. It is a provider of dry cargo tonnage and trades its own multipurpose fleet in the worldwide charter markets.
