The Board likewise approved the following: changed in the designation of Mr. Marvin Perrin L. Pe to Chief Audit Executive from previous roles of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer; Appointment of Mr. John Nai C. Peng Ong as Chief Compliance Officer, in addition to his current positions as Chief
Finance Officer and Chief Information Officer; and Appointment of Ms. Joana B. Tiangco as Chief Risk Officer. Ms. Joana B. Tiangco is the AVP of Enterprise Risk Management and has been with the Company since 2016. She was formerly a compliance and risk officer of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, where she gained over 10 years' experience in banking, compliance and risk management. Ms. Tiangco holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Financial Institutions from the De La Salle University, Manila, with various training in areas of management, business continuity, operations and control, AML, corporate governance, leadership management, ethics and compliance, and sustainability, among others. All the changes are effective from February 20, 2023.
