At the regular meeting of the board of directors of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (Corporation) held on April 25, 2023, the Board approved the declaration of a regular cash dividend of PHP 0.237 per share amounting to PHP 6.8 billion to all stockholders of record as of May 10, 2023 and payable on May 24, 2023.
