You may have noticed the order in which EFTPOS receipts are printed has changed. Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority. We have listened to your feedback where many of your customers did not want a receipt, and that printing one each time was both wasteful and costing you unnecessary money in paper rolls. Now your terminal will print the Merchant Receipt first, before displaying a prompt on screen for your customers to choose if they want a receipt copy printed. If you still want both receipts printed we can configure this for you - however please note the Merchant Copy will still print first.

To change the receipt settings to print a customer receipt you will need to call our 24/7 technical helpdesk on 0800 004 905 option 2 so we can configure this for you.
