Item 1. Dividend of Surplus

This item was approved as presented.

The dividend of surplus for the 63rd fiscal year will be distributed as follows: 450 yen per share on the Company's common shares.

Total amount: 29,404,325,700 yen

Effective date: June 30, 2022

Item 2. Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation This item was approved as presented.

Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation has been approved that is in preparation for the electronic provision system for materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders under revised Companies Act of Japan which comes into effect on September 1, 2022.

Item 3. Election of 12 Directors This item was approved as presented.
