GRANT OF OPTIONS PURSUANT TO THE

SINGAPORE MYANMAR INVESTCO LIMITED EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION SCHEME

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Singapore Myanmar Investco Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following details pertaining to the grant of options pursuant to the Singapore Myanmar Investco Limited Employee Share Option Scheme:

Date of grant:	6 July 2021
Exercise price1 of options granted:	S$0.130 per share
Number of options granted:	461,400
Market price of each share on date of grant:	S$0.175
Number of options granted to directors and	None
controlling shareholders (and their associates) of
the Company, if any:
Validity period of the options	Options shall only be exercisable after 12
	months from the date of grant and shall be
	exercised before the third (3rd) anniversary of
	the date of grant.

Note:

1 The exercise price is equal to the average of the last dealt prices for the shares over the five (5) consecutive Market Days immediately preceding the date of grant of the options for which the shares were traded on the SGX-ST, rounded to the nearest whole cent in the event of fractional prices.
