SMS Co., Ltd. Revises Dividend Forecast for the Year Ending March 31, 2019

SMS Co., Ltd. announced that, on March 20, 2019, its board of directors has resolved to amend the dividend forecast for the fiscal 2018, the year ending March 31, 2019. The dividend forecast for the full year will be JPY 7.50 per share compared to JPY 6.5 per share a year ago (taking the stock split into consideration).
SMS CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the information operation businesses in nursing care, healthcare, career, senior life and overseas fields to business operators and end user, among others. The nursing care field is engaged in management support and meal home delivery search services to nursing care providers. The healthcare field is engaged in the communication sale business. The career field is engaged in the provision of nursing care services, recruiting information services and other medical related businesses. The overseas field is engaged in the provision of medical information services for medical staff and business operators.
