Snam: S&P confirms rating at BBB+, outlook revised to stable from positive

San Donato Milanese (Milan), July 29th, 2022 - Snam informs that today the rating agency S&P Global Ratings has confirmed the company's long-term corporate credit rating at BBB+ and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

The decision reflects the similar action taken on the outlook of the Italian Government's sovereign rating (BBB with outlook revised to stable from positive) announced on 26th July.

The rating agency continues to assess Snam's stand-alone credit profile (SACP) at "a-".

This assessment is a recognition to the company's leadership in the energy infrastructure space as well as its pivotal role in the energy transition, alongside its stable and predictable cash flow generation from regulated operations in Italy.
