Snam has been confirmed among globally recognised companies included in the "A- List" from CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project). This index selects companies that stand out globally for their commitment and transparency in combating climate change.

The result recognises Snam's efforts to reduce greenhouse emissions and manage climate risk. After committing, as one of the first in its sector, to achieving the objective of net zero Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ equivalent emissions by 2040, Snam has set targets for 2030 on indirect Scope 3 emissions, mainly attributable to suppliers and associates.

The updated rankings were announced today by CDP, one of the leading non-profit organisations for assessing transparency in the disclosure of information by companies on climate change.
