• on January 20, 2022 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) was convened for February 28, 2022;
• item 1 of the aforementioned OGMS agenda, reffers to "the approval of the individual Revenue and Expenditure Budget for 2022 of S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A."
