Snowbird AG Announces Executive Changes

Snowbird AG announced that Changzai Yan, CEO of the company will leave the Management Board for health reasons. In Supervisory Board meeting on January 12, 2016, the members decided unanimously that effective January 12, 2016, the CEO position is taken over by Zhaorui Yan. Zhaorui Yan is a down expert with more than 15 years of management experience in the Snowbird Group.

He also is a representative of Puyang City People's Congress.

Snowbird AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the textiles industry. The Company produces, processes and sales down and down products. Its business activities are divided into four segments: down, including processing of white and grey goose feathers by washing, sterilizing, and grading raw feathers, among others; down clothing, comprising the production of jackets and coats; down bedding, entailing duvet and pillows production; and non-down OEM clothing, containing manufacturing of down clothing for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) under their private labels, among others. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries in China including one production facility located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
