Snowman Logistics Limited at its board meeting held on September 24, 2024 took a note of Resignation of Mr. Sunil Prabhakaran Nair as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from the close of business hours of 30 November, 2024. Further, Mr. Sunil Prabhakaran Nair shall remain associated with the Company in the role of a consultant. Mr. Padamdeep Singh Handa appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, subject to the approvals as may be required, with effect from 01 December, 2024.
The term of appointment shall commence from 01 December, 2024 and continue until his resignation /cessation /removal /other means or his attaining the age of retirement (as per the Company's internal human resources policy), whichever is earlier. Mr. Padamdeep Singh Handa has been associated with the company for seven years, with his last role as Chief Commercial Officer heading the sales and marketing function of the Company and overlooking operations. He has a Masters in Business Administration, and overall professional of experience of 15 years in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management across key areas such as Cold Chain Logistics, Exports and Imports, Transportation, and Customs Handling.
