SnowWorld Leisure N.V. (ENXTAM:SNOW) signed a letter of intent to acquire SnowPlanet for approximately €6 million on January 28, 2014. SnowPlanet reported an annual revenue of €4 million for the year ending 2013. The deal is expected to close by early May.

SnowWorld Leisure N.V. expects the transaction to have a positive impact on its profitability and earnings per share.
