SnowWorld N.V. agreed to acquire 25% stake in Alpenpark Neuss.

SnowWorld N.V. (ENXTAM:SNOW) agreed to acquire 25% stake in Alpenpark Neuss on December 21, 2018. SnowWorld also has the right to extend this collaboration to a majority participation in the medium term. In a related deal, SnowWorld entered into an agreement to acquire SnowPlanet Amsterdam. KBC and Belfius provided complete refinancing. In the first phase, the two acquisitions will result in an EBITDA increase of 10%, since Alpenpark Neuss will not yet be consolidated. Myriam Schilling, Anna von Girsewald, Sarah Scharf, Stefanie Minzenmay, Marvin Rochner, Gunnar Knorr, Alexander Willemsen and Alexandra Groth of Oppenhoff & Partner Rechtsanwälte acted as legal advisors for SnowWorld.
