Verona, 14 March 2022. Following the resignation of the Director Laura Santori, already member of the Control Management Committee, today the Board of Directors acknowledged the appointment of Mr. Carlo Maria Pinardi, who accepted the position of Director and member of the Control Management Committee.

Mr. Pinardi, the first unelected candidate of the second section of the outgoing Board's list at the May 14th, 2021 Shareholders' Meeting, is Academic Fellow and Adjunct Professor of "Corporate Finance" at Bocconi University in Milan (since 2013 of "International Corporate Finance" at the master's degree course), founded and is currently a partner of Analysis S.p.A., Independent Director and Chairman of the "Audit Risk and Compliance Committee" of Banque Eni SA, Brussels, as well as Independent Director of Nano-Tech SpA - Nano Carbon Technologies, in Ascoli Piceno.
