SOCIETÀ CATTOLICA DI ASSICURAZIONE S.P.A. Verona, 14 February 2022. Cattolica Assicurazioni S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Generali Group, hereby announces that Giulia Staderini, non-executive and non-independent director, has resigned, due to professional commitments that do not allow her to dedicate the necessary time to the role, from her position as Director of Cattolica and, at the same time, as Chairman of the Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Value Generation Committee.
Staderini joined Cattolica's Board of Directors on May 14, 2021. It should be noted that, as of the date of her resignation, Giulia Staderini did not hold any shares in Cattolica.
The Company's Board of Directors thanks Giulia Staderini for her work over the past few months and wishes her the best of professional fortunes.
