Following what was already communicated on 21 July and 6 August 2021, please be advised that Cattolica Assicurazioni has made available to the public at its registered office, on the company's corporate website www.cattolica.it/home-corporate and on the eMarket STORAGE facility authorised by Consob, managed by Spafid Connect S.p.a. and accessible from the website www.emarketstorage.com, the resolutions passed on 5 August 2021 by the Board of Directors of Cattolica Assicurazioni S.p.A. relating to the merger by incorporation of the wholly owned companies ABC Assicura S.p.A. and Berica Vita S.p.A. in Cattolica Assicurazioni.
It is also noted that the aforementioned board resolutions, together with the corresponding shareholders' meeting resolutions passed by the merging companies ABC Assicura and Berica Vita on 2 August 2021, were registered with the competent Verona Company Register on 9 August 2021.
