Notice is hereby given that, on 18 January, the Company received a notice from IVASS in which the same Authority stated that no obstacles can be identified with regard to the decision taken by Cattolica's Board of Directors to stop the execution of the second tranche of the capital increase of Euro 200 million, as reported in the press release of last 4 December.
