We are proud to share that today we've launched the 'Sodexo Future Food Collective'.

This initiative will bring together experts from the food industry to carry out research and work with our chefs on a range of topics, such as health and wellness, plant-based innovation, new cooking methods and more. Through data and insights, the Sodexo Future Food Collective will ensure that guest centricity remains our steadfast focus and that we continue to deliver the most relevant and balanced food solutions.

The first workstream is already underway and is focused on targeted guest messaging around sustainable foods and menu offerings that support the driving demand for more climate-friendly products. We will leverage the strengths of the Food for Climate League, a non-profit organization dedicated to making sustainable eating more accessible, as well as key vendor partners, Unilever, Kerry Foods and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.

'As an organization focused on making sustainable eating approachable, relevant and exciting for all people, Food for Climate League is thrilled Sodexo is taking this leadership role as a convener with the power to scale solutions for substantive change,' Eve Turow-Paul, executive director of the Food for Climate League.

'This partnership is about bringing more innovation and choice to our clients and guests, while taking our chefs' passion for food to a new level.' John Wright, SVP Sodexo Global Food Platform.
