SoftBank Corp. Announces Executive Changes, 1 April, 2021

SoftBank Corp. announced that at its board of directors has decided to change the company's CEO, at the recommendation of the Nominating Committee. Ken Miyauchi, who currently serves as SoftBank's CEO will take up the role of chairman, effective 1 April, 2021. SoftBank's current representative director and CTO Junichi Miyakawa has been promoted to president and CEO, also effective 1 April 2021.
