SOGEFI: LISTS PRESENTED FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milan, April 3, 2019 - Sogefi S.p.A. announces that two lists have been filed for the appointment of the Board of Directors for the years 2019-2020-2021, to be put before the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders on April 26, 2019 at 4.00 p.m., at the first call, and on April 27, 2019 at the same time, at the second call.

1)List no. 1 presented by the company CIR S.p.A., the majority shareholder (attesting that it has voting rights representing 55.603% of the Company's share capital):
