PRESS RELEASE
SOL Group: Update on the investigation towards Vivisol S.r.l. and two of its managers.
With reference to the previous press release issued on 22 October 2022, we inform you that on 2 November 2022 and, therefore, in a very short time, in response to the request submitted by Vivisol S.r.l. and with the favourable opinion of the Public Prosecutors in charge of the investigation, the Judge of the Court of Palermo suspended, with immediate effect, the provisional measure consisting in the ban on contracting with the Public Administration for one year, that had been applied to Vivisol S.r.l. ex art. 25, paragraph 2, of the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, replacing it with a temporary guarantee.
At present, therefore, there is no longer any obstacle to Vivisol to the free bargaining with the Public Administration. Vivisol S.r.l. also confirms its extraneousness with respect to what was disputed, sure that this will be confirmed by the ongoing judicial investigations.
SOL is an Italian multinational Group that operates in Europe, Turkey, Morocco, Brazil, India and China in two distinct main sectors: the production, applied research and marketing of technical, pure and medicinal gases (Technical Gases Division) and the Home Care Division.
