The SOL Group's campaign comes to the end with the impressive results of having involved over 4,600 employees from all over the world.
Starting from last April 8th, the Little Big Innovationscampaign was the project-initiative that characterized the entire 2021, involving our employees in a path of awareness and sharing of main sustainability issues.
Driven by the strong conviction that small ideas could cause great innovations, the Little Big Innovationsproject takes shape with the aim of making each of us the protagonist in our century's biggest challenge: the transition to a more sustainable life.
Innovation, collaboration and sharingwere all key elements for the realisation of a project that involved over 4,600 colleagues worldwide. Each of them was encouraged to share its projects and ideas to strengthen the Group's activities in a perspective of sustainable growth.
Representative symbol of this campaign is the new forest of the SOL Group in Armenia. This forestry project was carried out by the Group in collaboration with the local association My Forest Armeniathroughout the duration of Little Big Innovations. Thanks to this collaboration, each idea contributedto the research and innovation process of the SOL Group as well as to the planting in the bare lands of the Jrašen area, repopulating the Armenian flora.
It is with great pride that the SOL Group announces the collecting of over 200 initiativesat the end of the campaign, with the planting of 50,000 trees in Armenia.
