DMC Co. Ltd. announced a private placement 200,000 common shares at a price of KRW 30,000 for gross proceeds of KRW 6,000,000,000 On May 25, 2018. The transaction will include participation from Solueta Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A154040). The share capital of the company will increase from 652,720 to 852,720 upon completion. The transaction is expected to close on May 29, 2018. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor. The company reported total assets of KRW 67,292,000,000, total liabilities of KRW 46,610,000,000, and net loss of KRW 373,000,000 for the year ended December 31, 2017.
