Declaration of the Management Board of the Company

(this declaration of the Management Board of the Company replaces the one contained in the annual report 2020 of the Company in Section 5.7.2. "Statement by the person responsible", which is to be considered as null and void)

In compliance with article 3(2) c) of the transparency law, Section 5.7.2. "Statement by the person responsible" of the annual report 2020 issued by the Company shall read as follows:

"I, confirm, to the best of my knowledge, that the financial statements of the Company prepared in accordance with the applicable set of accounting standards give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and the undertakings included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and

that the management report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and the undertakings included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face".

This declaration shall have retroactive effect as of 22 May 2021.
