SHARES BUY-BACK PROGRAM

CONCLUSION

San Vendemiano (TV), 28 April 2022 - Under the ordinary shares buy-back program ("program") communicated on April 11th, 2022, and launched on April 12th, 2022, Somec S.p.A. ("Somec" or the "Company"), announces the conclusion, on April 28th, of the program.

Under the program, over the period April 12th and April 28th, 2022, following the purchases carried out, Somec has held no. 4,562 treasury shares, equal to 0,07% of the share capital, for a total consideration of 130,627.20 Euros, at weighted average price of 28.6338 Euros.

Following the mentioned purchases, as at today, considering the shares already held, Somec holds n. 22,366 treasury shares, equal to al 0.32% of the share capital.
