Today we meet you with Krassimir Tsankov - National Manager Contrast Media in Sopharma Trading. He has been part of our Medical Equipment Solutions team for four years now, and his previous professional experience includes 20 years spent in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the years, Krassi has held positions from Medical Representative, through Regional Manager, to Business Unit Manager, thanks to which he enhances his professional expertise and builds good partnerships in the sector.

Krassi is a Doctor of Medicine and this helps him a lot in contacts with clients. He is a team player, always striving to provide the best solutions for both clients and the company.

What Sopharma Trading means to you, Krassi?

I would compare the company to the family. Both in the company and in the family, there is an income and expenditure budget, there are happy and sad moments, it happens that someone gets sick. Then the support of colleagues is extremely important.

When one of the teams is faced with challenging projects, everyone else works together and gives their best, achieving the result and annual goals we have set. In such situations, the team spirit and the individual contribution of everyone is important - the freedom to think and provide solutions at every level.

What are your top 3 personal values?

Honesty, creativity, determination.

And which company value do you feel like yours the most?

Every leader is nothing without his team. That's why I hold on to teamwork and trust.

If you had to name five things you do in your work every day, what would they be?

It is difficult to say in such a dynamic process. Working in the office and in front of computers is taking up more and more of the day of each of us. However, I will say what is most important to me in one working day. These are the meetings with the clients and the agreed deals - how many successful deals we had for the whole team for the day, how many of the problems we have solved, what strategy we will choose in each case.

With which of your achievements in Sopharma Trading are you most proud of and why, Krassi?

As for the Contrast Media team, I can give many commercial examples of achievements - our market share for magnetic resonance imaging contrast, in sales and packages, is 82%, and that for scanner contrast - 55%*. Behind all this is one thing - the team! Contrast Media team and all colleagues from Medical Equipment Solutions!

Finally, which is the dream you are about to make come true in the company?

For every trader, the results achieved are a thing of the past. We want more and more, it's like doping. We always aim higher and higher because history is written by the winners!
