Sopharma Trading is the leader in the Pharma sector for 2020 in the prestigious Capital 100 ranking. Thus, in one of the most challenging years for the sector globally, the company strengthened its leadership and for the twelfth time in a row topped the ranking. At the same time, Sopharma Trading retains its position as one of the largest companies in Bulgaria, climbing to18 place among the top 100 companies operating in the country.

In this difficult period for all businesses, Sopharma Trading maintained its stability and for the fourteenth consecutive year recorded an increase in its financial performance! For the first time, our revenue exceeded BGN 1 billion on a consolidated level, something we have achieved in just five years. These results make us feel proud and are a prerequisite today to boldly look to the future, expanding our dreams on an even larger scale', said Dimitar Dimitrov, CEO of Sopharma Trading Group.

In 2020, Sopharma Trading's revenue at the individual level increased by 13% compared to the previous year, reaching BGN 878.1 million. The company's net profit grew by 15% to BGN 23.1 million. At the consolidated level, Sopharma Trading's revenue amounted to BGN 1.156 billion, and the number of staff in the Group as an average number of employees increased to 2 558 people.
