South Atlantic Gold Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in Brazil and Canada. The Company has a 100% interest in the Big Kidd project located in British Columbia and a 100% interest in the Pedra Branca project in Brazil. The Pedra Branca project is a mesothermal gold deposit hosted in the Troia greenstone belt in the Brazilian Archean terrain. The property covers approximately 48,828 hectares (ha) over a 50 kilometers (km) long shear zone. It has over 13 targets and approximately 30 prospective tenements. The Big Kidd Property is located in the Nicola Mining Division of British Columbia immediately northeast of Aspen Grove, approximately 25 kilometers (km) southeast of the City of Merritt, and 250km northeast of the City of Vancouver. The Big Kidd property comprises four mineral tenures totaling 4,056 hectares or 40.56 square kilometres.
