Louis XIII Holdings Limited reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of HKD 4,352,504,000 compared to HKD 3,649,167,000 a year ago. Loss before tax was HKD 154,759,000 compared to profit before tax of HKD 2,312,000 a year ago.

Loss for the period was HKD 167,965,000 compared to HKD 11,265,000 a year ago. Loss for the period attributable to owners of the company was HKD 148,018,000 compared to HKD 17,794,000 a year ago. Loss per basic and diluted share was 16.3 Hong Kong cents compared to 4.0 Hong Kong cents per share a year ago.

Net cash used in operating activities was HKD 132,496,000 compared to HKD 646,834,000 a year ago. Additions to property, plant and equipment was HKD 19,634,000 compared to HKD 18,972,000 a year ago. NAV per share was HKD 6.24.

For six months ended 30 September 2015, the Group recorded consolidated revenue representing an increase of approximately 19% from that of last period as a result of the strong order book on hand. Loss attributable to owners of the company for the period was representing an increase of approximately 7 times resulted mainly from the decrease in segment margins at PYE Group and pre-opening expenses in hotel under development segment.
