NSX Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 4.2 million in funding from iSignthis Limited

NSX Limited (ASX:NSX) announced private placement of 28,965,517 shares at a price of AUD 0.145 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 4,199,999.965 with new investor iSignthis Limited (ASX:ISX) on February 20, 2020. The investor will acquire 12.96% stake in the company. The investor has the option to increase its stake to 19.9%.

The transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2020.
