On October 20, 2021, Carl C. Icahn published an open letter to stockholders of Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. In the letter, Carl C. Icahn expressed his views that shareholders are fed up with management's guise and will vote for his full slate of directors. Carl C. Icahn added that the value destruction must stop. Carl C. Icahn stated that he welcomes all shareholders to either participate in his any and all tender offer and receive $75 per share or participate in his plan for long-term value creation to be executed by his blue-ribbon slate of directors.
