Span d.d. (ZGSE:SPAN) agreed to acquire an additional 30% stake in Trilix d.o.o. for ?0.40 million on July 5, 2024. A cash consideration of ?0.4 million will be paid by Span d.d. As part of consideration, ?0.4 million is paid towards common equity of Trilix d.o.o. Upon completion, Span d.d. will own 90% stake in Trilix d.o.o. The remaining 10% stake is held by Trilix itself. Trilix will continue to operate as a separate entity within the Span group after the completion of the transaction.
Trilix d.o.o. reported net income of ?0.23 million for period ending December 31, 2023.
