The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 11 and 12 August 2020 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 78,963. 

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 21.532 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
